Weekly live coaching
Bring the place where you are stuck. We look at what is happening, remove some noise, and choose the next useful move.
Private community for experts, coaches, consultants, and mentors
Doing Mode is for intelligent people who already know a lot, but still find themselves planning, tweaking, researching, and waiting when the work needs to leave their head.
Inside the community, you get weekly focus, live coaching, accountability, and support around visibility, sales conversations, and the nervous system patterns that keep you hidden.

The Gap
You know your work can help people.
You have the training. You have the ideas. You have probably spent years learning things most people never bother to learn.
Still, the business can feel heavier than it should.
The post stays in draft.
The offer gets rewritten again.
The follow-up feels too exposed.
The sales conversation becomes something to think about tomorrow.
That is the knowing-to-doing gap.
It is not a character flaw. It is a pattern.
And once you can see the pattern, you can start working with it instead of trying to shame yourself out of it.
Fake work is usually not obvious while you are doing it.
It looks productive.
You improve the website. You watch another training. You tidy the offer. You build a better note. You tell yourself the next version will be the one that finally feels ready.
Some of that work is useful.
Too much of it becomes a place to hide.
A business does not grow because an idea got more polished in private.
It grows when the right people can see it, hear it, question it, trust it, and respond to it.
That is the shift Doing Mode is built around.
The Approach
A course gives you more information.
That can help, but only if the information turns into behaviour.
Doing Mode is a community built around movement.
You get live coaching, weekly priorities, practical sales and marketing support, and a room where people are expected to bring the work into the open.
The aim is not to make you louder or busier.
The aim is to help you become someone who follows through when the work feels exposed.

The community is built to keep you close to the work that creates movement.
Bring the place where you are stuck. We look at what is happening, remove some noise, and choose the next useful move.
You begin with a private onboarding call so we can look at your bottlenecks and give you a cleaner starting point.
Each week, you focus on the actions that move the business into contact with the real world.
You get help with clearer offers, better conversations, follow-up, visibility, and the internal patterns that make those things feel harder than they need to.
A room of experts, coaches, consultants, and mentors who are also working on closing the gap between knowing and doing.
We work with the part of you that treats visibility, selling, and being seen as a threat. Not to analyse forever. To help you move.
Watch
This is where I explain the gap, why intelligent people get stuck in it, and how Doing Mode helps you start taking the actions you already know matter.
Your guide
I’m Matt Jope.
My background did not start in the coaching industry.
I trained in law and became a Scholar of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. I taught law at university level. I later worked in senior sales and marketing roles, including vice president level work for a global company.
On paper, a lot of it looked successful.
I also know what it feels like to have the knowledge and still freeze at the point of visibility.
The fear of being seen. The pressure around selling. The strange comfort of improving the plan instead of making contact with the market.
That is why Doing Mode exists.
It is a room for people who already know enough to move, but need the right support, structure, and accountability to actually do it.

The Plan
Get access to the community, resources, and weekly execution priorities.
We look at where you are stuck and give you a cleaner starting point.
Bring the work you have been circling. We look at the next move and help you act on it.
The Doing Mode Path
The point is not to rush through a curriculum.
The point is to help you notice the pattern, take visible action, build trust with yourself, and keep moving when the work feels exposed.

Questions that usually come up
The goal is not to give you more to carry. Most people are already spending time on business activity. The problem is that too much of it stays private. Inside Doing Mode, we help you redirect that time toward the work that creates contact with real people.
You may not need more information right now. Inside the community, we work on the practical pieces you need to use: clearer offers, better conversations, visibility, follow-up, and the behaviour that helps you stay with the work.
Doing Mode is not built around giving you more content to consume. It is built around helping you act on what matters, with support around the internal patterns that usually stop the action.
That is exactly why the trial exists. You can come in, see the room, attend what is available, and get a feel for whether the work fits.
